GNO

When I hear GNO- Girls Night Out” it makes me think about Cyndi Lauper’s song “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun”…I use to love that song then the movie came out with Sarah Jessica Parker showing the struggles of a girl growing with up trying to have FUN without disappointing her parents.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a group of young ladies for their “Girls Night Out”, these ladies celebrate the essence of being friends, their relationships and the group has grown over the years and lifelong bonds have been formed.  Let’s go back real quick in the song Cyndi Lauper says “some boys take a beautiful girl and hide her away from the rest of the world.  I wanna be the one to walk in the sun.  Oh , girls, they wanna have fu-un”….well these ladies are not letting anyone keep them hidden away they are truly walking in the sun.

These ladies loved the camera in my opinon it loved them….Here’s a sneak peak; your galleries will be coming soon.

Enjoy!!!!!!!

I wanted to do something a little different on this one so I went with vintage.

R & T= Connected For Life

I feel especially honored to have documented this very special day, you see Ms. T plays a major role in my life she is my daycare provider, that’s right she cares for my babies as if they were her own. My children LOVE her as do all the kiddos that come and go, they just can’t help it, she just has one of those radiant personalities that sucks you in. I am so glad that she found someone who truly loves and appreciates her.

It was hard to pick which ones to post, so here are some sneak peaks…Enjoy!!!

I had to look up the meaning behind the color orange because it’s T’s favorite color so I just wanted to see if it reflected her and YES it does. Orange: is vibrant and energetic: it denotes energy, warmth and the sun…there’s much more but I will stop there. Check out these details.
Here are my favorite flower girl photographs; my assistance captured little Ms. K admiring herself in the mirror…go C.
I choose classic black & white for these two because of the love you see just pouring out of these two….this is the moments when they were listening to each other say their vows.
The look then the kiss…
Mr. R is not really into taking pictures so when he started playing around with poses I had to get a few and of course Ms. T is a natural in front of the camera.
Love you guys, I hope you have a very happy and very long life together.
