When “S” booked her session she said I want a picture for our Christmas Card but I also want some that reflects my son’s personality, something that we can look back on years from now. After talking and getting to know her I came to the conclusion she wanted a session “just because”. I know “just because” may sound crazy to some, but I have a love for what I do, I photograph my children all the time “just because” they have a new toy, a new scar, new outfit or an old outfit, so I love when my clients feel the same little “Q” has a love for train’s and his mom wanted to make sure that was captured “just because”. I think in 2009 I will create a “Just Because” session.
“S” is into black & white, so here are a few. I love when the photographs speak, and no I am not crazy but look closely you will can see the unspeakable bond in these first two.
